“ justly now , once this one is done , I ’d like to do something really dissimilar . ” That was Bryan Singerlast summertime blab abouthis fourth ten - Men movie , ex - Men : Apocalypse . He then did just that and started prepping a movie about Queen frontman Freddie Mercury , but he ’s already getting sucked back in .
It was just announce that Singer will send the pilot of Matt Nix ’s untitled X - Men TV show , which was recently ordered by Fox . He was already create the show so it ’s not exactly a surprisal , but it ’s still kind of laughable . He just aver he wanted to take a breakage from X - manpower !
Back in 2004 , Singer aim the pilot for House M.D. , another Fox show he bring out , so there ’s lot of antecedence for this . Plus even the theater director himself figured he would finally come back to the Adam - Men . Just not this shortly , though .

“ The realness is , even though I ’m very do-or-die to jump to something wholly different , I ’ve spent so many years in this population and I hump this cast and the characters so much , I just do n’t see myself abandoning them everlastingly , ” Singer told the LA Times in May . “ Perhaps as a consultant , as a manufacturer , even as a director , I could see myself retort in the future . ”
He then went on to start prepping Bohemian Rhapsody , which will asterisk Mr. Robot ’s Rami Malek as Freddie Mercury . That film does n’t have a discharge date yet , though , so it seems Singer has a little down time . And now that Nix ’s X - Men show is officially a go , who well than Singer to set the tone ? No director knows the dealership better . ( And yet , is n’t it clock time for someone new ? )
As for what the still - ungentle show will really be about , it ’ll come two parent who realize their kids have mutant powers , go on the streamlet to protect them , and join up with an underground mutant electrical resistance .
