The tap handgrip is in reality tuck inside the plastic bag and acts as a role player - vacuum : when the wine is poured , the plastic bag shrinks . No air foul the vino provide inside .
Clever , eh ! This fashion , the wine is good for weeks as opposed to days . ( bottleful are still near at blocking air out before it ’s open though ) . So peradventure it ’s still not as ripe as bottled wine but it ’s good than the bitter juice it used to honk out .
