The Guardians of the Galaxy have formally invaded Disney with a new ride , and they ’re last to be there for a foresighted , long time . This preceding weekend marked the opening night of Mission : Breakout at Disney ’s California Adventure . But if you do n’t believe you ’ll get there for a while , these videos should give you an mind of what to expect .
Standing in rail line is never fun — and the new Guardians drive has sure requiredsome epic wait time . But , as with most Disney rides , the company has done its serious to make the wait as fun as possible . Mission : Breakout has some beautiful hooey to look up to outside , even before you get into the building .
Once you get inside , you ’ll be among the Collector ’s collection and that mean a ton of Easter ball and Marvel prop . Here ’s a taste .
Then , a video start that excuse everything . This is almost better than the drive itself .
But that ’s not the final stage of the pre - show entertainment . After watching that television , you ’ll be ushered into the Collector ’s office , where there are more props and a very conversant face .
You kind of drop it in that video recording but Rocket grabs a certain blue Walkman at the end there .
You then walk through the bowels of the fortress ( which you could see a few highlight ofstarting at 1:25 in this video ) , and then it ’s finally metre for the ride itself . There are six different drive experiences , each with a unique birdcall and different videos . Here ’s just one example .
At the goal , you see your photo , exit through the gift workshop , and see a tease of what ’s to come in the future .
