Imagine my excitement when I sawthe Google web log post about a fresh Street View adventurethat deal you inside of a vent . I ’ve always wanted to jump inside of a volcano ! Then can you imagine my disappointment when I see that the raw Volcano View only lets you peer into the lava from the safety of the vent ’s rim . Very vivid disappointment !
This is where the fun basically stops . Try going closer to the sweet , hot , bubbling lava , and Google Street View forces you safely to the side . As hungry as you may be to see what lava looks like when it ’s sizzle justly up next to your eyeballs , you ’re out of luck with this synergistic adventure .
Perhaps I could essay another path down into the bowels of the Earth to figuratively sink my toes into the confect - one-sided magma . But alas , Google Maps wo n’t countenance you .

It ’s coolheaded to see a vent while you ’re sitting in your underwear at home , I guess . And I guess it would be kind of baffling for Google to get a camera close enough to molten tilt to get the correct shot for Street View without the tv camera thaw . That companionship has , like , hundreds of billions of dollars and want to cure cancer , though . Seems like they could calculate out a simple man ’s dream to see what it ’s care to leap inside a vent .
you could explore the vent in Vanuatu on Google Street View . Hope you have more luck than me exact a drop in that hot , sweaty lava .
