According to areleasefrom the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Information Bureau, deputies from the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station responded to an incident on Sunday involving the 39-year-oldKardashiansstar. Officials arrived on the scene and “contacted the driver,Scott Disickwho was the sole occupant of the vehicle.”
Disick’s rep did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
TMZwas the first to report the accident news. According to the news outlet, theFlip It Like Disickstar had been driving a Lamborghini SUV when the collision occurred.
