Nicole Young Calls Emma Hernan a ‘Social Climber’
WhileChelsea Lazkaniis planning hermasquerade-themed 30th birthday bashwith Hernan, the two friends pause for a proper catch-up. That’s when Lazkani reveals that Young dubbed Hernan a “social climber.” The label doesn’t go over well with Hernan, unsurprisingly.
“Is that a joke? Of all the things you could call me… ‘Social climber?'” Hernan says indignantly. “Tell me I dress like a hoe. I’ll take it. But a social climber? I built my own stairs. Thank you, Nicole.”
Hernan, 32, is so offended she later confronts Young at Lazkani’s party. “Do you know what a social climberis?” Hernan demands.
“Someone who attaches themselves to someone who has a greater status, so they can gain a greater status,” Young shoots back, adding, “Your victim friend who can do no wrong… You guys are trying to get everyone against me.”
As Hernan and Young sling more insults at each other, things get even more personal.
Stause and Smith, 46, eventually make their way over to the quarrel, as Young declares her castmates have said “horrific” things about her.
“You’re always pretty miserable,” Hernan continues. “If there’s a stick up your a–, you should switch it out. We’re at a sex party. I’ll donate my sex toy to you. You need it.”

Nicole Young Tells Chrishell Stause ‘You’re an Awful Person’
Last season, drama ensued when Young, a longtime O Group agent who had justjoined the show, accused Stause of taking credit for two of her listings three years earlier. The bad blood between the pair continues into season 7.
Things get particularly heated atLazkani’s 30th birthday partyafter Hernan confronts Young, 38, for calling her a “social climber” and Stause and Smith join the conversation.
“Nicole, I make more than you in five minutes than you could ever make in five years,” Stause tells Young, before hurling perhaps the worst insult of the evening. “You rearranged your whole face. You got everything done.”
“You’re an awful person. An awful, awful person,” Young eventually fires back at Stause, before walking away. “You’re an awful human being, truly.”

Bre Tiesi Explains the State of Her Relationship with Nick Cannon
Tiesi, 32, who shares 16-month-old son Legendary with Cannon, 43, opens up about their relationship status over dinner with Stause, Smith and Hernan early in the season.
“I love Nick. I’m happy with my relationship, however that is, and like, if I date, I date,” she explains.
When Hernan asks whether Nick would mind if she dated other people, Tiesi responds simply, “I don’t know. Maybe.”
“I mean, I do what I want to do, but I still would never disrespect Nick. I just wouldn’t,’ Tiesi continues. “And even his situations and stuff, I’ve always been nothing but respectful of that. I know people don’t get it, and I don’t care that people don’t get it.”
“It’s kind of like a new age power position,” Stause adds, which Tiesi agrees with. “You don’t need anything from anyone. Your child is obviously well taken care of. You’re not looking for, you know, any kind of hole to be filled. You’re fulfilling yourself.”

Bre Tiesi Reveals She Slept with Michael B. Jordan
During that same dinner with Stause, Smith and Hernan, Tiesi confesses she once slept with Jordan, 36, a revelation that bowls over her fellow castmates.
“Who would you sleep with, celebrity-wise? Who would you pick?” Stause asks.
“Michael B. Jordan,” Smith instantly replies.
“I could do that, and I’vedonethat,” Tiesi admits.
Hernan’s eyes widen, her hands going to her face in shock. “Oh! You have?!” she says. “Oh! Oh, my god! I wanna live through that vagina right now!”
“I’ve slept with all of my favorites,” Tiesi adds. “I’m kidding.”

“When we were in Bali, we were very relaxed and had a great time,” Mary tells PEOPLE, adding, “We were just in a very zen state of mind, and it was just incredible. We were so excited and I really didn’t think about the possibility — I should have — but I didn’t really think about the possibility of the pregnancy not going through."
Mary took many precautions to take care of herself physically and mentally during the early weeks of her pregnancy. She “took a step back” from being a manager to reduce stress and practiced yoga and meditation.

Chrishell Stause and Amanza Smith Have a Falling Out
Tensions between Stause and Smith flare after Stause and Hernan don’t show up to dinner during a trip to Cabo San Lucas, where the Oppenheim Groupopened an officein December 2022.
After suggesting they skipped the meal because Stause was uncomfortable around Nurk, Smith leaves a heated video message for Stause, calling the pair’s absence “a little ridiculous.”
“If it’s because of anything else other than maybe you had your leg severed off, I don’t see an excuse,” Smith tells Stause.
Smith explains to the group of agents that she was frustrated with Stause since Mary had made the effort to come with Romain, despite her recent miscarriage.
The next day, Smith tells Mary, Romain, Lazkani andYoungthat she heard back from Stause, who was “livid” — and fired Smith from a design project for G Flip, which Smith says she put “hours of creative energy” into.
“I considered Chrishell one of my best friends, which equates to family in my opinion,” Smith says during a confessional moment. “I flew to Cabo on a private jet and I’m going home with one less family member and fired from a design job because of a video that I called somebody out on for some s— that she was doing that everybody saw and I’m the only one who spoke up.”
Thankfully, in the season finale, Stause and Smith finally talk things out in person and conclude the conversation with a hug.

A New Agent Has Drama with Bre Tiesi
When Cassandra Dawn, a realtor at Christie’s International, introduces herself to members of the cast, she claims to know Tiesi. However, a standoffish Tiesi tells her castmates later Dawn “doesn’t know me.” Their exchanges afterward don’t go over well, either, with Tiesi rolling her eyes and disagreeing as the two discuss the authenticity of “nice” people, for instance.
When Lazkani approaches Oppenheim in the office about potentially adding Dawn to The O Group, Oppenheim says he’ll meet her at a listing but adds he won’t promise to bring her on. At that point, Tiesi weighs in on Dawn, describing her recent encounter with the agent as “just very odd.”
“Maybe she just really likes you,” Oppenheim contends. “I have women come up and tell me my life story all the time.”
The tension between Dawn and Tiesi boils over during a party celebrating The O Group’s renovated West Hollywood offices.
“I don’t really understand this whole attitude, Bre,” Dawn says.
“I have an attitude,” Tiesi replies dryly, adding, “Why are you so pressed that we’re friends? I don’t need to be cool with you.”“Honestly, just stop being a b—-,” Dawn replies.
Dawn claims that Bre has a bad work reputation, that people who have done business with her “have no good things to say.” “It’s called having manners, b—-,” she adds.
“I don’t need f—— manners, b—-,” Tiesi shoots back. “I can do whatever the f— I want.”
Tiesi eventually leaves the scene, ripping her microphone off and storming off into the night with Hernan alongside her, confused about what just transpired.

Bre Tiesi Threatens to Leave The O Group
Tiesi’s angry departure from The O Group’s party in the season finale may mark a turning point for the realtor and whether she stays with the brokerage. It also doesn’t help she’s dissatisfied with her current income.
Earlier in episode, Tiesi has a frank conversation with Oppenheim during which she discloses she’s unhappy with the “commission split” she receives as an O Group agent, referring to the cut of money divided between her and the brokerage whenever she sells a listing.
The O Group “takes a much larger percentage” than other brokerages do, according to Tiesi, which impacts her income and her ability to provide for her son. The realtor is also frustrated with Lazkani, whom she believes is trying to “f—” with her clients, business and office relationships.
While Oppenheim expresses sympathy over her feelings for Lazkani, adding he wouldn’t want Tiesi to leave the brokerage on account of a colleague, he explains the commission split she currently receives is “not negotiable.”
“I’ve had enough. I’m a one-woman show,” Tiesi explains during a confessional moment. “These are my clients, my people. I did all of this on my own. I don’t want to continue to make money for a brokerage where I can make way more money somewhere else.”

As her chat with Oppenheim continues, Tiesi tells The O Group founder she deserves more than she’s currently making; Oppenheim explains she’ll be more successful with his brokerage than anywhere else, even with his steeper commission split.
They go back and forth. Oppenheim says he won’t just fork over “50 grand” to her and assume she’ll “start producing,” and as she makes money for the firm, he’ll reciprocate with listings. Tiesi responds she already has her “for sure” clients.
“You sold them homes at another brokerage. You didn’t make me sh–,” he fires back. “I will bring you on listings as you produce. But the commission split’s not changing.”
“I don’t know if I’ll come to grips with that,” she says. “So I think on that note, I’m going to head home. I don’t know. I’m not sure this is for me.”
Between her displeasure with Oppenheim’s practices and her distaste for Dawn, who could eventually join the brokerage, Tiesi has a decision to make: Stay at The O Group or walk away?
